This surgery is brilliant. The phone is always answered promptly , unlike other surgerys I hear about. The receptionists always deal efficiently with your requests and the doctor always phones back at the phone appointment time and I find him very good. It is nice just having the one doctor in the surgery as I feel he knows all his patients this way. I prefer this small surgery to the larger health centres, I feel I get more of a personal touch.

Have been at this practice for year and years, the quality of care has rapidly gone downhill. Reception staff are brilliant, Lorraine and Dee especially, however the Dr has zero time, care or compassion for patients. Also 12 months on from the start of covid and he still refuses to see you face to face no matter how many times you phone, ask and beg! The way the Dr speaks to people is quite frankly unprofessional. Weve recently had 2 hospital admissions in our family after this dr refused to see the patient and listen to their health concerns.
