The Surgery

The receptionists are so rude don't even Give you a chance to speak before they hang up on you sent my daughter to the opticians today and the optician didn't even know why my daughter was not seen by the doctor when it was something the doctor should of treated . They receptionist need to at least give you a chance to speak so rude

Would like to extend a Big thanks to Shella for taking great care of me when I came in today for my pre travel vaccinations. Shella made me feel at ease, was courteous, polite and genuinely cares for the patients here. Thank You so much, Shella, Ayat & team!

I had a lovely phone call from the surgery this morning and although I did not ask, I recognise it was the same receptionist that I thought could not change. She was extremely polite and professional and Id like to say, I hope she continues to be this way. People need a soothing, caring voice at the end of the phone. Thank you and please keep it up, it was very elating.

Terrible level of service, failed me in time of need, told me collect letter in Saturday saying they had no appointments for vac and to go private! Terrible, and weren't even there when they said they would be Left this surgery, they don't deserve my tax money,

Can't get through to book appointment. Your live says less busy than usual. This is because there is something wrong with your telephone lines. it rings, i am asked to wait while put through to operator. The hold music comes on for 1 second and then I am cut off. I desperately need to see GP.
