        Awful place. Took me of the register and wont put me back on. I have given my ID and filled the forms 3 times and still keep telling me they don't have my details on record. What do the staff "receptionist" actually do. Because every time I go there they fob me off and say so hospital when it is not an emergency. If they did there jobs properly then the hospitals would not be over run. There's a thought for you guys. Just do your jobs its not rocket science.

        ABSOLUTELY rude staff at reception. Lack of formality when speaking , have no manners , completely cut you off when you are speaking If you do not like your job DONT DO IT Simple Will be changing surgery very soon. I wouldn't even give this surgery 1 star but for writing this review i have to.
