I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Nagu Penakacheria (Dr.Penn). As many times we (me and my mom) had an appointment, the doctor was always very supportive, helpful, kind and professional. He explained everything in a very clear manners. Also the staff was very friendly, they immediately reacted on requests for urgent apointments and consultations. Thank you very much!

Although very difficult these days to see a doctor or arrange an appointment at any Doctor's Surgery these days I have to say that Shenley Green have always been accomodating and been very happy with the service provided as I have had to contact on several occasions for very different reasons but always had a result.

Just been to the surgery for a cortisone injection in my knee,the doctor who attended to me was very professional at what he done ,and made me very at ease when he gave me the injection

Was referred by 111 to call my GP who Ive been with for 2 years, I called at 5 was on hold for hour and 20 mins and then phone lines disconnected because they close. I was referred as an emergency, I regret moving to this area because of this GP its the worst thing thats ever happened to me and Im moving out of this area because of it.
