        Terrible place, they don't pick up the phone, most times no appointments are available and many times they are simply rude. The doctors seem to can't wait to get rid of you.

        Impossible to get an appointment, waiting ridiculous hours in the morning only to be told to call the next day on numerous occasions. Reception staff are rude and act entitled.

        Easily booked appointment and attended. Not much waiting time when I attended. Very clearly communicated with my dad. Not much to complain about.

        They don't bother picking up the phone.. EVER!! & If you try walk in to book, they'll tell you call in to book! Seriously disgraceful. You can be on hold for 1 hour and your still the 4th person in the queue!
