I have never known a practise like it. The receptionist jill is really rude.decided i couldn't have my meds or speak to a dr. My meds are for epilepsy so potentially life threatening if i dont take them.why do you think you can play god with my life. Makes me mad as everytime i call etc she is extremely rude

Called in at 8:30, lines been busy and I have been constantly ringing in, 8:37 the phone answers and all appointments have been took? Clearly must be another way to book your appointments that people clearly are not aware about... I wouldn't care if the appointment was for me but its for my kids... so not happy with this atall as this isn't the first time. Reception staff need training, don't know her name but she needs to learn how to communicate properly.
