        quite a different experience, not a staff problem before, from going to King X .. Birmingham the doc was fantastic as was the lady receptionist .. hay fever injection done and back home .. james kelly

        Clinic in central Manchester. I went to the clinic due to a sore throat and a very severe cold. I received excellent service from the doctor who received me immediately. Excellent and professional service. Visitation cost 75.

        Awful! Only giving 1 star because there is no option for 0. Booked an online appointment, which the doctor failed to dial into. Rang the clinic and complained and they booked an alternative appointment for me with another doctor, who also failed to dial in to the call. Was then told to try for another appointment later in the day. Gave up in the end. Complete waste of time trying to use the virtual appointments.
