        Apparently impossible to get an appointment to see someone. Appear to try everything they can to obstruct access to care. Too busy ticking boxes to see patients.

        Really appreciate the excellent service offered by this practice. So well organised and professional, caring staff. Couldn't be more different to the service experienced at my mom's GP surgery which is very understaffed. Hope the GPs realise how much they are appreciated.
