DISGUSTING AND VILE STAFF theese people are very condercending and even doctors dont seem to take illness serious denying me my medication and denying me certain treatment im spoke to as if im a child when refering to my health issues im not being given appropriate help.not even worth the hassle go elsewhere cant even get an appointment been trying for over a week

Appointments are now not allowed to be pre booked and when you call on the day no chance of an appointment. Best bet change practice asap

Ive been at this practice many years and have never experienced any issues in getting to speak to a doctor or see one when necessary, even during the pandemic. Dr Grocutt is a brilliant, caring doctor and, if theres any question about the diagnosis, hospital referrals are made. Ive seen other doctors here and I cannot find fault with anyone! I think talking to the doctors first means its easier to get an appointment, they understand the situation far better and react. The receptionists are easy going and helpful. Only once in the last year have I been told there were no appointments for that day, I phoned the next without issues.

Every time I have called up for an appointment for my mum they have been amazing. I can't fault the service we have had this past year especially considering the pressures they are all under.

I can usually get an appointment that day, if not, usually within the next few days. If it's urgent and you explain to the receptionist, they try and see if they can help. I can order my repeat prescription online. Very good communication. All the doctors listen to me and I don't feel rushed. Genuinely happy with my new GP
