If I could rate them with 0 stars I would have. Very unprofessional staff need to be sent on communication course as they have a bad attitude, when & if they are challenged they just hang up. Worst appointment system in place if they ever do answer no appointments available. Dr karamdad a true legend to the community RIP. This place has gone really down hill. INSPECTION NEEDED

The worst surgery I have ever been with. Receptionists are so confused and uneducated with no experience. Why is this surgery still open is beyond me

Very poor service. My appointment booked 10 o clock on phone but doctor didnt call me Receptionist have very poor attitude and communication skills. Every time we phone to book an appointment ,the first thing they say is it an emergency, and theres no appointments available for the whole week. Never can see the doctor for any routine appointments.I didnt know the receptionist staff are medically trained to triage people over the phone. It is very important for doctors to see or call the patients back to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and blocking emergency departments especially during this unprecedented times. We as a family have not seen our doctor for any appointments over a year. Really frustrating as It takes weeks to get an appointment. Why not change the system of how appointments are booked and have the staff trained properly please as they seem to not listen to patients.
