      • Worst clinic in Birmingham. I was entitled to free medicine for gout and at the reception they told me to buy it myself without a prescription and for my own money. I was given an appointment over the phone with a doctor. I waited half a day and received a message that they allegedly could not contact me, although everyone dialed perfectly. Customer service is disgusting.
