Requested a call back from the doctor. They expect you to have your phone tied to your head every second of the day waiting for the call. Missed the call by no more than 5 minutes. Immediately called back and the receptionist, after placing me on hold, told me I would receive a call back from the doctor. Over an hour went buy, no response. I phoned back myself and was told I would need to phone back tomorrow. 1. Why was I not told? And 2. The cheek to say they never told me I would get a call back is outrageous.The surgery is a circus. Who hires the receptionists? Also, when you have a face to face appointment with a doctor, youre NEVER seen on time. Facts. Yet when a patient misses a call by no more than a FEW minutes due to genuine reasoning, you dismiss the patient completely. Hypocrites!

5 stars because of the gem of a HCA they have named Noreen Khan. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, whether Ive gone in for a blood test, ECG or a cervical screening. I felt compelled to write a review for her today as I was running late for an appointment and she kindly stayed back to ensure I was seen to. These are the real underrated heroes of our healthcare industry. Thank you Noreen - you are a real asset to your team!

Cowboys, avoid at all cost. If my appointment is booked for a certain time then stick to it, why make me wait an additional 30 to 50 minutes to be seen however if I am even 5 minutes late I will not been seen. The clinics here are always running late.
