I have just been to see Dr Aneja who, more or less, told me off for complaining about multiple problems. His attitude was disgusting. Has he forgotten his Hippocratian oath?! Refused to listen to my ONGOING issues. This is reason that people are so angry with the NHS. Really disgusting customer service. Do you not realise that I am a human being in need of help?! So very disappointed.

Never open. What's the point in this service. When and if you are lucky enough to get through to request a call back, that never happens. Absolutely awful service. I suggest look elsewhere.
