        We consistently find the staff at Omnia practice approachable, professional and understanding. We both now have ongoing medical conditions and we find we are always treated with respect, be that online, phone or face to face. We find that the doctors are thorough, listening carefully and responding appropriately which is very reassuring.

        Using another person's phone mine not with me. Phoned in the week about a change to my prescription,done by my consultant that the practice wasn't aware of. A lady at the practice named Marie phoned me numerous times to resolve the issue,and sorted it out. Excellent service,and a big thank you Marie. Brian Dobb
