Friendly office staff, and lovely, caring, high quality health practitioners. Doctor Hussain in particular has outstanding medical knowledge and is brilliant maintaining interpersonal relationships. He remembers things about me from years ago which blows my mind.

Currently phone line keeps cutting off frustrating, no parking - large open blinds in room exposing back area / staff car park; lack of privacy overall leaving here TODAY - frustration stemmed from phone lines not working adequately

This is the best GP Surgery ever. The Doctors here saved my life and the place looks is comfortable; not all glass, modern architecture, digitised everything. It's personal and all the staff are great. Only problem and it's national (not the fault of any GP). Is the computerised joke of a represcription scheme, part of a new computer., changing operational methods, drug classes, methods of delivery.... by the minute. I fear l need to return to taking a paper script by hand or risk constantly running out of meds. Wonder how much was wasted on that aspect of the overal input?
