Stratford House Surgery (MMP)

I have been at most of the surgeries within mmp in particular the sparkhill surgery. The person who did my check up couldnt have done enough for me. I think her name was Nahida. She explained things through and got the dr's opinion due to my blood pressure being high on consecutive visits. After the advise taken I am in a better place. Well done.

Absolutely rubbish !!! On several occasions, I have called up to make an appointment but only to be told there are no appointments available and to call 111. And the Receptionists are so rude, they need to be taught customer services skills. I would advise not to register with this surgery what so ever!! Zero stars from me!

Wrost place on this planet they will never give appointments trying since last 5 days after 60 to 70 mins on hold you will receive messages no appointments left try at 8 o clock but their phone line will open at :830 totally waste of time and energy They dont even deserve 1 star

Booked appointment with dr Gupta and on last two occasions she prescribed medication said will send prescription to chemist but never sent the prescription kept chasing it will surgery on second occasion receptionist said will get back but nothing happened spent a week chasing medication which was prescribed a week a go and should have been sent to chemist
