        Absolutely and utterly awful shocking receptionists and impossible to get an appointment. The worst medical practice in the UK , world would be a better place if it didn't exist.

        That must be the worst place in Uk. there is no way u can get appointment I called 22 times then I decided to go there. I asked her (Asian receptionist very rude) if she could give me appointment for any day even in 2 weeks time but she said no you have to come at 8.30 well I have kids and I have to take them school. Anyway while I was talking to her she ignored me and started to chat to some other person on the reception and let me tell you it wasnt important conversation. The older man in front of me begged her for appointment and she said I can offer him a phone call he goes I wont understand and I might die she goes well I offer u appointment over the phone. I really dont get whats is wrong with people they think they have power over you and you have to beg for appointment. Its funny how they are so busy every single day but when u go there its empty. Its sad that you cant treat people with kindness and u act like that.
