        Had to quickly register my Dad who at the time was in a hospice and his wishes were to go home but he wasnt signed up to a local GP surgery and he could only go home if we had district nurses in place from a local GP surgery. Tried Cornhill surgery over the road they told us this was completely impossible and were so unbelievably rude and lacked any kind of empathy for our situation - then came over to New Road and the receptionists were so kind and sorted it out within minutes for us, so grateful for their professionalism, they were wonderful! Thank you

        Having been with New Road Surgery since my teens. The doctors and reception staff do a fantastic job. I was a family home carer and had support which was second to none in debilitating circumstances. Dr Hussain and his team are a credit too our community. Thankyou.
