Called and was number 41 got to number one and they put the phone down called back number 20 got to number one they put the phone number, been trying to get through since 831. Because they dont put the lines on till minute pass, all together two hours, and they wonder why people get stressed, at least answer the phone the first time,

Dr sahay senior is the besr doctor at thus practise but trying to get an appoinment at this doctors is ridiculous u in a queue but as soon as you get to caller 1 it disconn3cts the call and when you ring back no appoinments ive been trying to get one for over a week

Can NEVER get an appointment wether it's for myself or for one of my 3 children. Opening and closing times need updating I sit calling from 8am and the surgery is closed until 8.30am

Receptionist are rude. Never answer the phones. Always seen a locom dr. Drs never listen to what you have to say. Never put referrals threw despite been told by hospital. Changed drs, wish I done it sooner. Finally getting the help and support I need and a dr who actually listens to me.
