Absolutely the worst run surgery in the land. Who runs this place? certainly people who are more concerned about profit than care! Looking to move. This surgery makes it impossible to get any help for the working person. Dr iQ, a good idea if it worked, it doesn't from this surgery.

My 80 year old Dad handed his prescription list a month ago. He has gone without tablets for a week now and after spending two hours from doctor to chemist, to going back to chemist in the evening, they still werent done for him. They questioned his addresses and his old surgery address as if they didnt do anything with the information already given to them when given the list of medication he requires. No one is answering the phone. I hope he doesnt have to waste another two hours today and not get anywhere otherwise it would be an absolute disgrace.

Reception are really helpful and polite. I've managed to get an appointment face to face on all occasions when waiting on the line. I've even called later in the day and managed to get booked in to Hurst Lane clinic same day as they had run out of appointments. Always really helpful and I don't mind holding a while initially when calling as after waiting I get the assistance needed. I think the surgery has been great!

My wife left there the other day in alot of pain because they wouldn't prescribe her pain relief. Yes, she has mental health problems but that's no reason to treat her any differently to other patients. She explained why she needed the medication and the doctor she saw came up with 3 invalid reasons why she couldn't have it, I say invalid reasons because the medication he said she's on, she hasn't been on in months. She got upset as she left and they sent her a letter today saying she has a warning for suppositly being abusive. Ridiculous. She was emotional because she was in pain. The nurses here are amazing but the doctors, they're completely on another planet when it comes to dealing with patients. They have no compassion nor care for their patients. Update; this issue has been resolved and the doctors apologised and we're very helpful this time round. Dr Henderson is lovely to deal with and has said she will be my wife's main doctor she deals with going forward. Thank you for all that you do.
