        I genuinely cant stress enough how useless this surgery is, cant get appointments, cant get information, spend hours on hold. They can blame issues in the NHS all they like, but its simply bad organisation

        If there was a zero star they deserve it , I really can't imagine why isn't anything done so far with this sort of place ..the policy in this place is we just grab the tax money provide nothing go at home die don't contact us

        Have just got back from Eaton Wood Medical Centre. Would like to offer sincere thanks to all the staff at the Centre for the amazing treatment received. Had a detailed examination/consultation with James (Paramedic) followed by blood tests (all since initial call at 8am this morning). Thank you all, you are doing an amazing job.
