        The reception staff are amazing . They will go out there way for you.They are very considerate and have a great attitude .I have a few medical problems so have to come here often .I see them working tirelessly.I am so glad to have chosen this as my surgery a few years ago With my previous surgery I was lucky if I got a face to face appointment.

        the receptionist need to fix up they never answer calls all they do is talk amongst each other and laugh forget answering the phone theyre so rude when talking to them in person they need to look for new reception staff asap

        Very nice family owned surgery. The Sheikh doctors are all very good and very kind hearted. Would request the receptionists answer the calls and arrange an appointments for their customers. The patient don't call for fun or because their bored. Would appreciate it if the staff would show a bit of compassion for them and attend their calls.

        I have very very bad experience with this medical centre, life threatening problems receptionist very rude and very bad behaviour I waited 3 hours for a doctor to ring and they didn't can never book an appointment they never answer the phone I am looking for another medical centre
