I was at Selcroft and not at Lordswood surgery in Harborne. Doctor was kind, patience and professional. Her nurse was also helpful and kind. The only problem was that receptionist ( not sure which branch) told me my appointment was at Lordswood surgery in harborne. It wasnt ! Please sort this communication out as it is wasting patients time and maybe doctors as well. To make matters worse it says at Lordswood surgery harborne in your reminder text message !

Most ridiculous place ever ! Cant even get a child seen to let alone yourself you get told call at 8:30Am and theres a automated system saying phone capacity is FULL?! This is ridiculous! They wont allow you to pre book appointments they choose the availability for you and then its weeks away! And they tell you to travel to a whole other doctors that isnt local to your home address! When you eventually get on a call the receptionists ask medial questions like they are professionally trained to know whats a going on Sometimes theres Been occasions where they dont see it as a medical issue and give your appointments to someone else Im considering changing places all together the phone system is ridiculous.

Receptionist is extremely rude. Before I even said anything she interrupted me to tell me to wear a mask, whilst she wasnt wearing any. She then proceeded into asking me my name for the appointment I had, when I told her my name she pulled a face because she didnt know how to spell it. Whilst waiting for the doctor, 4 other people came to the reception for information, and instead of helping them she proceeded into telling them ring 119 to everything they were saying. Havent seen a most unhelpful employee. Might as well record a note that says call 119 on the phone instead of making people

Was caller number 25 in the queue, after half an hour, the phone rang but no one picked the phone and eventually the phone cuts off. I started again as caller number 13 in the queue which never advanced. This is my first time this year and I have been keeping away from the GP for this reason. They are busy but never seem to see anyone.

This doctors has gone down hill. There are a couple of good doctors here but can be hard to get an appointment with them. I've been having alot of body pains and pains in my knees particularly, all they did was take bloods and when they didn't find anything they didn't even bring me in for an exam when they said they would. I've had to pay to go and see someone who has told me I have damage to the cartilage in my knee. They also know I have people in my family with fibro myalgia an rheumatoid arthritis. So this is neglectful. The doctors here also and not willing to give out things e.g. A previous year I had unknown sore turn up on my leg which got infected an my legs swelled up, doctor said it looked like an infected ulcer, gave me some antibiotics and when I asked him for something as simple and a honey wrap to help it heal as it was literally a hole in my leg, he made out they don't do that untill I persisted to tell him "I know you do that because I know a family member who has had it" he reluctantly let me have one. The. The test came back in conclusive and that was that.
