I was going to pick up my prescription in Millennium Medical Centre but it's closed but when I look in my phone if it's open and it says open but when I get there it's closed the gate it's closed because when I get to the chemist to pick up my prescription they said they haven't received any of my prescription because Im going to run out of medication during Easter Holiday

In general the service by the doctors and nurses is great. The main issue is the telephony side where the moment the gp opens the line is full, I think its ridiculous and the capacity should be expanded, if Im person number 56 in the queue Ill make the decision to drop off and there needs to be more available appointments during the day that way there is less of a rush to call in first thing in the morning.

Worst GP in Birmingham, I think the place needs some young blood at the reception, takes forever to assist people even though they are just there gossiping, that place need serious updating, like sending people appointment reminders, I cant believe we are paying a lot of tax for this waste of time, it take almost an hour to see a doctor or nurse, most of us have things to do with our days like going to work and paying our taxes they cant keep people there for that long unless is an emergency ,and they say we have to call before 9am just to book telephone appointments with the doctor on the same day not even face to face same. Since the whole country is now going back to normal can the GP get back to the way it used to be before Covid ??

I'm sure that they are very good at what they do... The problem is that you can never get through to them to find out. Spending an hour in a call queue is a wonderful way to spend your time whenever you want to arrange an appointment.
