Can't just phone for appointment. I work in a&e doctors surgerys like this one is putting so much unnecessary pressure on a&e.

Very bad service. You can't even make an appointment. To make an appointment you have to fill in the form which is no straightforward and absolutely pathetic.

All the staff at Bunbury road were brilliant with my diagnosis, treatment and management of my illness and other medical appointments previously. My husband and I were sad to leave the surgery last year due to moving to another area. XX
