        The receptionist is so rude and disrespectful, never wants to do her job and always is unbothered, I was travelling and my dad needed a covid pass hence needed nhs number, she showed unnecessary attitude and should not be working in a GP surgery that should be about helping the patients and needs, not being lazy, rude inconsiderate and unprofessional.
