AVOID AT ALL COST! Was recommended to use Asha Rani for her mediation service by a solicitor -biggest regret! Was absolutely not impartial in the meeting! Started giving my ex idea's and then throwing the blame on me! Wouldn't even given her a star let alone recommend her! Should of used someone from the park bench! She's not fit to be a mediator as she makes matters worse! If you're a father fighting for fairness then DO NOT USE Asha!

Stay away from this mediator! I went here because my solicitor pointed me here as the situation i was in was all new to me so i went with it, without checking reviews. Asah tried to belittle me in our meeting with my ex partner and she clearly wasn't mutual in our meeting. Trying to get me to go with child arrangements which was far from equal and unfair. She even typed the agreement wrong and i had to point it out to her.

I hired Asha's mediation service as my daughter's mother had not let me hear from her for 3 weeks. I paid 100 for the mediation work, in which it was explained to me how it was going to happen. We had the first meeting, right after Asha contacted my daughter's mother. After the meeting with the mother of my daughter Asha, she started not answering my emails, and then after a long time we had a meeting between Me, the mother and Asha, and the mediation was being horrible Asha's work. My sister came to visit the UK, we were banned from seeing my daughter again by her mother, I tried many times to contact Asha, got no response. Finally Asha was no longer being partial, I even sent messages asking the Form to ask the Court for a decision, Asha wanted to charge again claiming that I had benefited from the first free meeting. I sent the receipts questioning Asha's conduct, stated that I no longer wanted her services and that I would proceed in court. Finally Asha sent me the form, but it was clear that Asha had chosen to guide her mother and was no longer impartial. Bad experience, I do not recommend her work to anyone.
