The store its self is lovely , I just think the staff lack professionalism , they was nice and all but when we was getting served there was one lad just propped up against the check out on his phone and once the girl had finished the payment with us , and we was bagging up shopping , she left the till completely, joined him and went on her phone. Im not a heron foods expert but Im pretty sure like most work places phones arent a thing you can just go on on the shop floor??? I dont know, it came across very unprofessional , thats all..?
