another poor experience with Lidl.. not the prices or quality but the checkout. Why no staff on the conveyor checkouts.. Self serve ONLY.. again! it is not nice to have full trolley with two adults and have to manoeuvre around people in the small area designed for basket users. Then scanning only to find you need assistance many times because lightweight stuff don't register in the loading bags A really off putting experience. At Aldi stores we use, they often call for staff to open extra checkouts even with small queues.
