If you cant complete an order, at least have the respect to cancel and inform your customers straight away. Waited 1 hour 45 minutes after multiple time extensions.

The customer service here was really good, we were served by this lovely girl called Ginel who was so friendly and made sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner. Really pleased with her service

I ordered strawberry and a chocolate dip the dips had 3 options: milk chocolate, white chocolate and chocolate with nuts i picked the milk chocolate one as I'm allergic to nuts. However when it came it tasted like nuts! Called up the place they said it does have nuts in and that all of their dips contain hazelnut.... However this was not mentioned at all on the menu, I could have died from this as my allergy is extremely severe. Sort out your menu you can kill people in an instant this is a joke this place should be sewed, misleading information like this can end lives
