They changed the name of the shop now I went in when first opened the cake was stale. Tried again as it changed name but the Bengali guy who works there he gives u the creeps and tries chatting you up very unprofessional

Great desserts and amazing American selection.Very friendly staff we felt very welcome,I went with my whole family and the kids was being very loud until the guy came over gave us some board games to play with couldnt ask for any better service it was actually on our travel home but definitely will be back thank you so much ice house

Amazing and kind staff which help with dessert options. Food is always tasty and with a great presentation.

Ive been wanting to visit this lovely place since a long time and finally decided to get us some doughnuts on Valentines Day. I walked into the store fully expecting them to be sold out and they did not have their evening stock at that point. This really nice person managing this place told us it will take 30 minutes and took our order, unfortunately the stock did get further delayed but we did not mind waiting at all. In the meantime he got us two cups of desi chai because we told him we were recovering from a cold and it was such a sweet gesture, totally warmed our hearts and made us feel so welcomed. When the doughnuts came they were so gorgeous and totally worth the wait. I am so glad I spent some time here and discovered a gem of a place with absolutely the best customer service. Totally worth a visit and many more after that :)
