Staff: Very polite, even offered us complementary drinks Decor: Outstanding Hygiene: Very clean Food: Tasteless expensive ice cream. Ordered a Sundae which was basically a flavorless vanilla ice cream with some chocolate bites. Basically we ate 2 bites and left it alone. Brownie was good however it was again served with the same flavorless vanilla ice cream. The frozen drinks offered to us had a bitter citric acid taste which wasnt pleasant. Serving: Brownie and Ice cream were served in a squarish sunken plate which makes the both the brownie and ice cream slightly tipped making it frustrating to eat. Furthermore, the brownie is served in a takeaway box even though we were eating in, hence you need to detach the box to eat it. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend unfortunately. Basics are missing.

The decor is outstanding but for a eat-in cookie doughs and milk shakes are awful to taste and are served in takeaway boxes and plastic containers.
