Little Dessert Shop Kings Heath

Im a regular customer and the service as well as the desserts is the reason I always come back. I was served by the manager Aroosa today and she was lovely. She always makes me feel welcome and makes sure everything is quick. I recommend everyone to come and try the cakes. The display is always topped with an array of cheesecakes and the brownie warmed with ice cream is amazing. 5 star from me and I will keep coming back.

AVOID! Waited half an hour for a single raw waffle. On our way out after such slow appalling service, We overheard the sensitive black girl swear at us under her breath on our way out for not saying Thank you.

Placed quite a big cookie dough. They were all burnt from underneath. Some were burnt really bad to the point they were hard, inedible and a burnt smell was coming from them. Some were not that bad howevee they still tasted burnt. We just ordered this before setting off for a 2 hour journey back home. Reallt disappointed.. I have also posted photos in the photos section for evidence..
