slowest argos. ignores their customers. Even when theres 3 staff members and 1 customer it still takes 15 minutes to get a small simple item

It's OK. Depends what you are looking for.. the only annoying issue is. If its not in stock. They will either found out through another argos or order it for you... so. Stock is a little lame.

Absolutely terrible customer service I went to take a parcel back through the DPD collection point in Argos inside Sainsburys in Selly Oak I went yesterday and was told that the barcode that DPD had sent me wouldnt scan it was blurred I pointed out that there was a code number printed underneath the barcode in case it didnt scan the response I got was cant help you I went home duly printed out another barcode and had exactly the same experience the lovely Wendy was as unhelpful as she was rude and could not be bothered to help me she called another lady over who she introduced as the manager her attitude was even worse computer says no !!!! in other words just go I cant be bothered! I asked if I could please email the barcode that DPD had sent me to them the answer was no can do these two ladies need to be trained in customer service and to get their bad attitude fixed ! I went across the shopping park to Clarks shoes and whilst shopping there explained to the lovely manager Tony my problem he was very helpful and printed off on the store computer the bar code for me supplied me with some scissors and sellotape! Wendy and your manage you need to take a leaf out of his book! I took the parcel back to Argos to be treated to a grunt from Wendy I will never go to Argos there again as if I wanted to buy anything I know that the customer service there is shocking!!!!!

I bought a phone 6 months ago and have had so many issues with the hardware and software. After 3 months I gave up and decided it needed to go back. Customer service said to take it in and return under warranty. I went in today and Martha helped me. Explained the issues and she shorter out the refund. Very happy because it's awful when you have issues with technology. Argos policy very good as were staff. I can see it must get busy in there so those complaining about waits should also consider that there are other tasks taking place not just picking stock. Well done Argos I have a high consumer confidence in you following this experience.
