        Went today and was very dispointing the lady on the till around 230 ish was very rude did not know how to talk to a customer all I can say is I will not be rushing back there need to lean how to be nice and smile not rude

        Went and ordered a alarm clock, ticket number was called to collect from counter, unfortunately 2 staff were chatting at the collection point and although I showed my ticket, they told me to wait for my ticket to be called? I explained it was my ticket that was called and they ignored me and carried on chatting! Very rude and unprofessional.

        Quite efficient. Easy to order and collect quickly. The staff were friendly. Was unhappy that we had to wait quite long though for an item, otherwise all good.
