Bad service, they are strict with refunds even if it isn't your fault. I brought 1 abaya from there and few months later went back and brought 2 abayas from there thinking it'll be same as the first one I got as it was the same design, same material, and the same size. Came home to notice it's much shorter than the original one I got when comparing so can't even wear them! Went back to get refund nd they wouldn't give me it? Manager said "they cannot refund because they don't have authority to" !!! What kind of manager can't give you a refund doesn't make any sense ? Half of the workers don't even know how to do exchanges and stuff properly... Training seems poor!! Other than that, decent place but for books not much variety. Amsons is better for that. Some of their things are also overpriced

Staff are kind and they have work is Islamic ethics and very humble. Allah may reward them more for the service they give me and to others
