    The staff are very rude. They are not friendly. In my opinion, at least a class should be held for them on how to help the customer and also how to deal with them. If you check the comments above, you will see that no customer is satisfied with the staff's treatment. Next to this store, there are other stores where you can buy the same items at the same price, and it is Argos that makes your customers lose themselves.

    Why the Argos return always has to be such a hassle. Returned the item unopened/original condition so the staff still rips it open to inspect each component anyway? Customers have the right to return any unwanted item for any reason, don't let them make you feel guilty about return.

    Dear Argos Customer Service, I am writing to complain about the unacceptable service I received at the Argos store in Castle Vale on 21/12/2022. I went to the store to return a sandwich maker that I had purchased but had never used. Despite presenting my receipt and explaining that the item was in the same condition as when I bought it, the staff at the store refused to refund me and told me that I had to take it back to the branch where I purchased it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was rude and dismissive of my concerns. He refused to even look at the item and told me that he could not override the decision of his staff. He also stated that he did not have any more time to spend addressing my issue. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the poor customer service that I received at this Argos store. The staff were rude and had no manners when dealing with me, and the manager was unprofessional and unwilling to help resolve the issue. I am requesting a full refund for the sandwich maker and an apology for the unacceptable treatment that I received at the store. I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
