Had a terrible experience here after plucking up the courage to go. I have very bad gum disease to the point that 6 teeth fell out by themselves. Continual toothache with pain and abscesses in many teeth. I was advised that all I needed was a false front tooth and two false bottom teeth. I needed many teeth removed as they were painful and loose, but the dentist didn't want to know. As the picture shows, my teeth were in terrible shape with all the front ones being loose..........will never go back there again as I've found a proper, sympathetic practice.

Went for tooth out. Dentist tried telling me he was taking a different tooth out. I said no as this wasnt needed at the moment I was booked in for the tooth I was in pain with not one what is perfectly fine?? Then said it was so I knew what to prepare for when having the original tooth out? Told me to wait outside while I think about what tooth I wanted out even though I already knew and come back in. As a severely nervous patient after having a bad experience in the past I had someone there to support me. After being called back in he told me I had to go in on my own. Proceeded to carry on with the extraction even though he hadnt asked what I wanted to do! 4 needles later, still feel every bit of pain, I told him and he says no you dont you cant feel any pain Will return for my mould but other than that I will not be returning to the dentist any time soon he has truly knocked my confidence right back after finally gaining the confidence to go in the first place!!
