By far the worst dental surgery I have been too! As in previous comments, this surgery has gone downhill rapidly! No appointments available, apparently they don't do hygienist appointments, my husband has had a filling which fell out within a week, went back after call after call they did it again went to a new dentist and was told it was rotten and needed taking out so they were clearly not doing what was in the best interest of the patient! So glad I moved my family away from this practice!

Walked in to receptionist and 2 other females all just sitting on their phones watching videos laughing. They are rude, unprofessional and make it very obvious they don't care. In particular the blonde receptionist is very rude, I do not believe she should be in a customer facing roll i have never experienced customer service like this... shocking. They only have 1 dentist now at this site so that's why you cannot get an appointment, if he is on holiday they don't get cover they just make you wait until he is back no wonder noone can get seen. Once you are seen it is rushed and not thorough. It seems more about the money with this place rather than a place of dental care. Do not recommend at all. Such a shame because this used to be a lovely dentist when Dr Greening was there.
