Awful experience my 3d scan took 1 hour and a half the dental nurse was really rough with me the apparatus she used in my mouth were being pushed on my gums which caused me to be in pain horrible experience and too long never again! , I have also been waiting for 4 + weeks to hear about my Invisalign feedback and haven't received any communication as yet they said it would take up to 14 days very disheartening since I travelled far to come to them due to thinkin they were a great company having 5 stars and all !! Was I wrong !

All staff are really helpful and friendly. Fred was very informative of the whole procedure and what to expect from start to finish. All my questions were answered. The app is really good too. My package came quite quickly. Looking forward to the end results.

Brilliant service all round. I first visited in March had my moulds made but got hit by the pandemic so nothing came of it but as everything calmed down I got called in for a scan which was awesome and after seeing how my teeth would change it got me excited. Week or so ago got my plan come through and was given a discount so definitely brought, got an email today saying my aligners are being sent! Cannot wait
