Dr Takhar Went in for an abstraction needle in tooth out no problem then sent away no cleaning no checking I was not happy with this so got another appointment went down 2 in front on me told to go away when asking how long it will be totally unprofessional so Ive paid for something that I have not received total rip off

Dr. Takhar was recommended to me by a friend and I am delighted to say that whenever I have visited the clinic I have received excellent care. Last week I had to go in on two successive days and I was able to observe the manner and care of the reception staff as well as the other dental assistants passing through the waiting area. Thus I saw the ladies on reception acting with considerable patience and kindness and when one elderly gentleman came out feeling unwell he was treated with great respect and care. My own treatment was executed professionally and with appropriate consideration and I would not hesitated to recommend this clinic. Many thanks to all who helped me through a trying time. Absolutely disgraceful service...rang October 2020 to update my address and seek treatment for a filling. I was told that couldn't treat me due to Covid and to get a temporary filling from the chemist. In agony as the filling kept falling out due to the size of the cavity. Rude receptionist today said I am no longer registered despite informing me of my new address which I only moved to in October. Accused me of being rude and blamed Dr Takar as he makes the rules. Never had an issue with them but so annoying today...especially as i was in genuine pain. I will be contacting NHS to formally complain. Apparently because I've not had treatment since 2016 they decided to remove me from their list...even though I have tried to get an appointment. Horrid receptionists...watch this space
