Novos Dental Clinic

Where should I start from!!! What a horrid experience. I had gone for a filling to my upper right wisdom tooth. There was no kindness or pleasantries in the matter. Dr U Khalid went straight in even after I had held his arm due to the pain, he still carried on and rudely came back with Dont touch me!!! And then added I have a drill in my hand. After I even said I will raise my hand when I am in pain, I did this twice and he still carried on. No anaesthetic was offered before hand. There was no apology or are you alright!! Dr Khalid and his assistant at no point asked me if I was ok! I did say this is the most horrible experience I have ever had. The assistant Samiya was pressing so hard with her suction on my lip that at one point my lip was forced to the side. These people do not care at all. I am shocked and horrified. Please anyone who goes to this dentist be AWARE!!! The filling was done and at the end of it all I got was I have done you a favour, under the NHS guidelines that wisdom tooth would have had to come out. Syeda the Receptionist Samia and all the Other Nurses and Dr Usama very Freindly and did a great Job on Me. Excellent Quality and will Recommend this Dentist to Anyone! 10/10 service

I had one of my worst experience at this dental practice where they were well below par and unprofessional amateur outfit not fit for purpose. I would pre worn any one evening contemplating of using their services. I was told that they are doing patient a favor by treating them under the NHS. I have made an official complain against the principal who barged in the treatment room while I was being treated, while the dental nurse was being all in one, opening the door to patients, answering phone calls and assisting dentist treating the patient without any due care for health and hygiene that a patient deserves. I will make sure they will get what they deserve
