The Station Dental Practice

I made an appointment for myself and my husband for Mon 17th oct 22 , we arrived on time after 1half hours driving from bewdley to be told our appointments had been cancelled as the dentist we had booked did not work Mondays now , they said they had sent us both a message but on checking found the messages had been typed but not sent , so we have wasted 3 hours travelling plus our petrol money and valuable time , why did they not telephone us , such bad service

Got kicked out of their NHS list because they changed the appointment time without bothering to confirm with me. It was definitely a better practice under Liam. Very poor customer service, as can be confirmed by other reviewers.

I had to have all my teeth out, and was nervous. Originally wanted to go under ga at hospital but waiting lists.. Decided to get them done via my dentist, Lily and her team were amazing, calmed me down and reassured me it would be okay. Absolute brilliant practice. 5 stars

I was late for my appointment by 5mins, dentist made a point of going through the receptionist to tell me I was 5mins late! Yes, I was aware thanks! Never get seen on time anyway. Before this I was called twice to try & get me to change my appointment to an earlier slot. The staff dont smile and overall the place, including my dentist is very frosty and unwelcoming. Wont be going back theres just a weird vibe to the place.

Went for my appointment after being to a different practice and having a very traumatic experience, where basically I had problems everywhere. I am a very nervous patient but the dentist was lovely and made me feel relaxed straight away. Explained everything to me and because I need one tooth taken out she will refer me for sedation at their Cradley heath surgery as Im so nervous. I can not thank the dentist enough and recommend especially for those who are nervous.
