Very unprofessional, I was booked for an appointment and find that no-one was there. So disappointing wasted all my time. I phoned them and no-one is picking up the call, and it's saying open on the website. What a nightmare. This is very ridiculous, no phone or email to say if appointment is cancelled. Why did they book me in the first place if they can't deliver the service

Had an appointment today - I am an extremely nervous patient. The dentist was amazing with me, She was really calming. I had a tooth removed and a filling and felt nothing!!!. Highly recommended.

The dentist herself was quite professional, but the receptionist is completely unprofessional and for this reason alone I will be going elsewhere. She does not make an effort to speak coherently and she is condescending.

This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the asian receptionist. The manner in which she presents herself when talking and interacting with patients is abhorrent! She is rude and off putting! When speaking to this receptionist over the phone it is JUST as bad! She is dismissive, rude and her attitude is one of everything is too much trouble! Thanks to Shazia the main dentist, this dental practice recieves 4 stars. I cannot praise her enough! She is kind, friendly, patient, professional without being abrupt or rude. She genuinely makes you feel calm especially when you are someone who isn't fond of anything medical. This is the second time visiting this dental practice under the new owners and both times ive had the best interaction with Shazia. Although the owner of this particular chain dentist has not taken notice of all the negative comments directed at the same issue, I hope he considers this advice... One bad apple spoils the bunch... She is a bad apple making this surgery look terrible! Thank you Shazia for the wonderful service you continue to provide. The white receptionist although quiet is much more personable and forthcoming.
