1 star given, because this little dental facility is not properly capable of handling tasks. I was asked to pay half the cost over the phone, i was then, upon my journey to the facility, told a complete wrong direction. The treatment was professional, but 55 for a hygiene check up is not great, in terms of value for money. The same treatment can be done by your dentist at less than fraction of the cost. I truly believe this was a waste of money. At the end i was asked to wait because the receptionist did not have any change for 2 x 20 notes, a payment for 27. And last of all, the parking was all muddy, it was very messy. Overall treatment was professional, though in my case, it was not required, but the common service needs thorough polishing.

The dentist was pleasant, if not a little patronising and the hygenist stayed late to perform the complex scaling which was good of her. However, a week after the complex scaling my teeth were very badly stained, far worse than they were before the treatment. It took a fair bit of Eucryl to sort them out again. Also, as soon as the dentist realised I was on dental insurance he fixed up an expensive bill which he assured me I could reclaim and which I have been unable to; I wouldn't have minded but it states on his website that the first assessment is free.
