Very professional service. Their advice is clear and helpful. All the staff and dentists are very pleasant and so keen to provide gods highest quality service. And they work wonders to find appointments in an emergency situation. I highly recommend them

Staff are all so kind and welcoming! always go out of their way to fit you in an appointment. Amol always provides me with an excellent service & good advice, so overly pleased with my results from my braces. Highly recommend:)

I had been attending this practice and its predecessor for 30 years, paying for the private dental care with denplan. when seeing the dentist I received fantastic service and felt comfortable. However, I had been trying to get an appointment for over a year, each time I called being put on a waiting list and being told I would be seen within the month, never once received a call, text or email with an appointment. I lodged a complaint 2 months ago, they rang and hung up when I answered, I rang back and was told they were dealing with my complaint. I had requested that my denplan was cancelled and they refund the fees as I have paid for a service they have not delivered. They continued to take fees from me, never responded to either complaint and have had now had over 200 since January 2022 and still not offered an appointment when requested.

My children have not had an appointment since July 2021. Apparently they are "trying" to recruit a dentist but have been unsuccessful. There have been no courtesy calls or updates. I suspect this is there way of getting rid of their NHS patients. This is a very unhelpful service. I would not recommend Denbeigh House.
