        Since Mr Segaloff retired, this practice has gone from bad to worse! The new dentist is great but the receptionists are so thick! They find it hard to understand emails and plain English! They are rude (Shelly)! Its like shes constantly stressed out and imposes that stress onto patients! They just dont know how to communicate effectively with the public! Such a shame because Mr Segaloff was amazing!

        I have always been terrified of the dentist, and put up with toothache for years because I'd rather have gone through with the pain now and again than the thought of someone with their hands in my mouth, it just terrified me. Then a very good friend of mine who's father is a very educated proffesional man, recommended Dr Segalof, swearing his father would only go to Dr Segalof and he knew alot of Dentists. He wasn't wrong. The best Dentist ever, made me feel calm within seconds. No pain no messing about. As professional as can be. And now I dont fear the Dentist... I'd still rather not but now atleast, I will.
