Harborne Dental Practice

My husband has raved about Kirsty for years. Ive only just moved under her dental care and its been a wonderful experience. Since taking over the practice nearly 20 years ago Kirsty has constantly invested in new equipment and technology. It feels more like a an exciting Star Wars capsule than a dentist surgery. Kirsty takes a lot of time to fully explain why she is proposing to undertake any work and the cost of such procedure. The practice is run in a most professional way and at the same time in a very friendly manner. The customer experience is excellent. I never knew that having work done by a dentist could be pain free !!

I had a terrible experience with the dentist who performed an internal tooth bleaching treatment on me, leaving me with an open hole. When I sought further treatment, they refused to help me, citing the departure of their main dentist (Ash). It seemed like they were only interested in charging me the highest possible fee, without any concern for my well-being. And to top it off, their receptionist was one of the rudest and most passive-aggressive people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She was downright unpleasant and made the whole experience even more frustrating. If you're looking for a place with inflated prices, terrible treatment, and a nasty receptionist, this is the place for you. But if you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favour and steer clear of this dental practice."

I came to Harborne Dental Practise with a painful case of TMD. I had a fantastic experience with Kirsty, who thoroughly understood and validated my experience as a patient. Now Im very much on the mend thanks to her excellent care. Thank you!

Just phoned and was informed they DONT ACCEPT NHS PATIENTS, so if like me you new to Harborne; hope this information helps, and anyone who lives in Harborne and knows a NHS dental please do share the info. Thanks
