The reception staff were incompetent to say the least. I arrived for my scheduled midwife appointment early but they did think to inform me that the midwife had left for the day until 15 minutes past my appointment time. Even then they tried to pass blame and offered no help. Edit 6.12.2021: Within the span of a month Ive had my second incident of wrong scheduling. I arrived at the center just to be told by the midwife that she will not be able to see me today because shes been overbooked. This inconsiderate treatment for others time is absolutely infuriating.

Didn't really like my care here during pregnancy with the midwifes, had concerns and was told to text if I was worried but she wasn't bothered and the next appointment they re-arrange and the midwife didn't even know I was coming and she seemed really annoyed and was rude. I researched everything about my baby as I didn't feel comfortable asking them questions at my appointment just disappointing care.
