If I could give negative stars I would, long story short our driver arrived on site for collection, got messed around for over an hour and half and being told we are sorting it. Due to nothing happening I informed City Quick I need to pull the driver away (understandably) in which they then proceed to give my company a bad review. I mean if we didn't want to do the job we would not have shown up and waited at all.
